Consolidation of Democracy
1. General description
The Consolidation of Democracy in
Central and Eastern Europe study is a comparative survey with two waves, in
1992 and 2001. It focuses on attitudes towards democracy and system change
in 14 former communist and socialist countries.

- Longitudinal, cross-sectional design with waves in 1992 and 2001
- Representative national samples (except for Russia where it was held
in one region), ≥ 18 years of age
- Single core questionnaire (no varying modules)
