1. General description

The European Voter Database is a longitudinal survey research programme held in six European countries, from approximately 1965 to 2001. After each national election an election survey was held within the countries’ population, in which attitudes, beliefs and values were examined with respect to political interest, political ideologies and political parties. The European Voter Database is based on the ICORE Elections Studies.
