La Dra. Elsa Garófalo es investigadora Grado 5 en el Area Química del PEDECIBA. Ingresó al Programa en 1987. En 2002 se la designa además investigadora de Grado 5 en el Area Biología. Desempeña sus actividades en el Departamento de Biología Molecular y Celular de Facultad de Veterinaria.
